Welcome to Lake City, Iowa. This quiet town located within the county of Calhoun is home to roughly 1,700 proud residents. Lake City truly has everything but the lake, seriously. From its many unique boutique shops to its community-owned CAPRI theatre, which is entirely operated by volunteers. Sitting at this charming town’s heart is the town square or the central hub where residents like to gather, do business, or simply enjoy the park, which forms the square’s center peice.

When Caliber Concrete found out that we will be improving Lake City’s streets, sidewalks, and utilities within the town’s heart, we were thrilled, excited, and indeed honored. However, we knew we had roughly 1,700 residents who are incredibly proud of their town square as any town should. We also understood how important it was to minimize our intrusion on daily routines while also trying to keep noise pollution to a minimum.

We hope the residents of Lake City, IA, can be proud of the newly updated town square just as they were before. Thank you, Lake City, for having us.
